Client Care
Thoughtful care helps preserve the quality, colour and character of your garments for longer.
Always follow the care instructions provided with each garment. Different fabrics, dyes and handcrafted details may require different methods of cleaning.
Use a mild detergent and cool or lukewarm water where appropriate. Wash delicate and handcrafted garments separately and avoid harsh bleach or aggressive stain removers.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which may affect colour. Reshape garments while damp and dry flat or on a suitable hanger according to the fabric and construction.
Use the temperature recommended for the fabric. Iron delicate, printed or embroidered areas from the reverse side and use a pressing cloth where appropriate.
Store garments clean and completely dry in a cool, ventilated space. Fold delicate or heavy pieces carefully and avoid overcrowding to help garments retain their shape.
Natural variations in weave, colour and surface are part of the character of handcrafted textiles. Treat these garments gently and avoid rubbing, wringing or prolonged soaking.
For silk and highly delicate garments, professional dry cleaning or specialist care may be recommended. Keep away from direct perfume application and excessive moisture.
